SHIPPING & RETURNS
I aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 weeks. All my products are made to order so will take time to make sure they are perfect. With products that need Hallmarking (any piece over 7.8g), it will take about a month before being shipped. This is because items need to be sent to Edinburgh to be tested, stamped and sent back to me before being shipped.
I send all my orders Royal Mail Signed for and this is why the shipping costs might be slightly higher than expected.
It is our responsibility to supple you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
In line with the EU distance selling regulations you have a 14 day period from the day after receipt of the goods to get in touch about any alterations or returns. Anything after this period may not be returned. If you do wish to return an item for a full refund it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping back to Ceomara Jewellery. It is also your responsibility to make sure the items being returned are in the same condition as you received them.
Customised or commission pieces may not be retuned.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
